By accessing or using any part of the Safebuk platform, including but not limited to issuing invoices, uploading documents, viewing invoice status pages, accessing payment routing links, verifying invoice authenticity, integrating with our API, WhatsApp messaging, or using our tools with or without a login, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access, use, or interact with any part of the Safebuk platform.

Safebuk is a technology service provider. We do not purchase receivables, advance funds, guarantee payment, or act as a financial institution or factoring company.

1. About Safebuk

Safebuk is a technology platform that enables carriers, brokers, and funders to create, verify, and route freight invoices. Safebuk does not finance invoices, collect payments, or assume credit risk. We are not a factor, lender, or money transmitter.

2. No Financial Advice or Guarantee

The information provided by Safebuk, including invoice metadata, funding status, UCC references, and risk scores, is informational only. Safebuk does not:

• Guarantee the accuracy or completeness of submitted documents

• Guarantee payment or funding outcomes

• Act as an agent or representative of any party in a transaction
  
  
  

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of documents submitted (for example, invoices, rate confirmations, or proofs of delivery)

• Complying with applicable laws and contracts

• Ensuring that you have the legal right to submit and share invoice data
  
  
  

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safebuk is not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information

• Losses due to duplicate funding, misdirected payments, or carrier or broker defaults

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  
  

You agree that your sole remedy for any claim related to Safebuk is to stop using the service.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Safebuk, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising out of:

• Your use of the platform

• Your submission of data

• Disputes between you and other parties, including brokers, carriers, or funders
  
  

6. No Agency or Partnership

Nothing in these terms creates an agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and Safebuk. You do not have authority to bind or represent us.

7. Data Rights and Privacy

By submitting data, you grant Safebuk the right to:

• Store and process your data for verification and routing

• Share your data with counterparties, such as funders or brokers, for transaction purposes

• Use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the platform
  
  

8. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Safebuk after changes means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
